Yellow Ribbon
91探花 elects on a yearly basis to participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program. Under this provision 91探花 provides an annual contribution to supplement the Chapter 33 base tuition benefit for students that have a rating of 100 percent. The VA matches 91探花鈥檚 Yellow Ribbon contribution.
