After earning his PhD in communication and conflict,听Scott听taught at Oregon State and Iowa State Universities.听Scott听served as an academic administrator at Creighton University, Canisius College, and most recently as Provost and Chief Academic Officer of Xavier University. Most recently,听Scott听was the head of operations at EquityNet, a fintech start-up, and the COO at America Achieves, a national non-profit focused on creating workforce development ecosystems.

John Regan leads Keeley University, which is Keeley鈥檚 in-house learning and professional development platform. The mission of KeeleyU is to create an engaging environment that promotes the career growth of every member of the company. Keeley Companies specialize in offering unified and collaborative solutions in construction, infrastructure, property development, self-storage and property management. In addition to his role with KeeleyU, John facilities all strategic planning for the company. Keeley鈥檚 strategic planning model has led to YOY growth of more than 20% since 2006, with 70% growth in 2018 alone.
