Touhill is a recipient of the 鈥淥utstanding Women of Missouri鈥� award presented by the Missouri Women鈥檚 Council and the first woman to be named 鈥淪t. Louis Citizen of the Year.鈥�
She will be interviewed by Marylen Mann, founder of OASIS. Debra Hollingsworth, former vice president of external affairs for AT&T and chair of 91探花鈥檚 Women and Leadership Advisory Council, will emcee the event.
